It ain't much of a surprise, anymore, to see a cowboy in a tan hat, sitting by the fire, smoking. Suppose it ain't much of a surprise, either, to see that other one nearby - the one with the black hat. Because much as they - or one, or the other - may fight against it, they tend to come as a pair.

Pair o' deuces.

So, two cowboys, two hats, two cigarettes burning away. One bottle of whiskey, and one glass, but both are getting plenty of use.
