Jack and Sallie more or less never mess with Ennis' old room. Sallie'd even gotten pretty good about not thinking about that room, even when one of her newer employees had asked if she'd have room for another boarder.
She doesn't.
Sallie just stares at the door for another minute or so, not bothering to walk over to close it yet.
